The long-serving executive managed Tottenham's transition to the club's new home in 2019.

Innovative business leader Brooklyn Earick has dismissed making a formal takeover bid for the North London club.

Tottenham had previously “firmly declined” an preliminary inquiry from a investment group headed by Earick last period and maintained the organization was not for sale.

But UK takeover and merger rules required that, having had an informal proposal turned down, the group needed to make an offer by late October or state they would not do so.

Confirmation of the choice was issued in a announcement released by the club to the London Stock Exchange, confirming the organization is “no longer in an offer period.”

The entrepreneur published an image of the statement on social media, adding: “It was a honor engaging with Spurs and the Lewis family's delegates over the past few months.

“I maintain deep admiration for the team, its leadership, and its supporters, and wish them only the best.”

Tottenham's directors acknowledged the syndicate for its “cooperative stance” in negotiations and for “acknowledging the firm stance” of the owners that the team is off the market.

Earick is a ex-disc jockey who also worked in spacecraft research for the space agency before founding his technology firm, which concentrates on tech, media, sport and entertainment.

Earick's proposal was the latest inquiry turned down by the club's board since the sudden departure of executive chairman Levy in September.

In early fall, the organization turned down offers from ex-Newcastle investor the financier's PCP International and a syndicate headed by Roger Kennedy and Wing-Fai Ng through Firehawk Holdings.

The former chairman and his relatives hold about a significant stake of Enic Holdings – which has an nearly 87 percent stake in the club.

Levy was the Premier League's top-tenured leader and is believed to have made in excess of fifty million pounds during his nearly 25 years in the role.

But he was also the focus of regular protests by Tottenham supporters, notably last campaign as home competition outcomes proved below expectations.

The north London club won their major honor in nearly two decades when they overcame the Red Devils in last season's Europa League final.
